Scheduling: Appointments can be made online or scheduled by phone. We are currently open 10am to 7pm Monday, and Wednesday through Friday10am to 7pm and on Saturdays 10am to 6pm. We are closed on Tuesday and Sunday.
Online Forms: A link to our intake form will be sent via text once you’re appointment is scheduled.
Payments. We accept all forms of payments, including FSA and HSA cards. A credit or debit card is required to schedule an appointment. Please note there is a 3% surcharge for all card transactions.
VA Benefits. We are in-network with the Veteran's Affairs CCN, which provides Medical Massage and Acupuncture services at no cost for our Veterans. Please call us for more information.
Missed Appointments and Late Arrivals. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged full-service price for missed appointments. Please manage your time wisely, as we have limited appointments available and must enforce our late-cancellation policies. Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are running late for your appointment, please give us a courtesy call so that your Practitioner can adjust accordingly. We want to ensure that you receive the best service possible with the time allotted. Please note: traffic is usually heavy in or around the Thornton Road area, as well as the Atlanta area.
Arrival. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
Children. Children are not allowed to wait unattended in our waiting area
Phones. Please help us keep WellSpa a tranquil, relaxing, and healing space. Respect other guests and our staff by ending all phone calls before entering our doors. Be sure to silence all notifications and ringers (including vibration) on all phones before entering for service.
